1. Who we are
Pantaobuy is operated by Pantao Global Trading Limited (“Pantao”, “we”, “us”). We source products, provide English product information, collect payment, arrange warehouse inspection and consolidation, and arrange international delivery.
2. Product information
We translate and standardize product information from suppliers. Images, measurements, colours and specifications may vary slightly. You must select the correct option and quantity before checkout. If important information changes before procurement, we will ask for your approval or offer cancellation and a refund.
We do not knowingly offer counterfeit, prohibited or unsafe products. We may refuse or cancel an order that fails our compliance, availability or shipping checks.
3. Prices and orders
The amount confirmed at checkout is the price for the selected products and the international delivery charge shown there. Duties, taxes or destination fees are included only when checkout expressly says they are included.
An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation. We may cancel before procurement for pricing error, unavailability, suspected fraud, legal restrictions or delivery impossibility, and will refund amounts collected for the cancelled items.
4. Inspection and fulfilment
Warehouse inspection is a visual check intended to identify obvious quantity, colour, size or visible-condition issues. It is not laboratory testing, certification or a manufacturer warranty. Inspection does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.
Delivery estimates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. If we cannot meet a promised shipment time, we will notify you and provide the choices required by applicable law, which may include accepting a delay or cancelling for a refund.
5. Accounts and acceptable use
Keep account details accurate and protect your sign-in credentials. Do not misuse the service, interfere with security, scrape at harmful scale, attempt unauthorized access, or use Pantao for unlawful trade.
6. Liability and governing law
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Pantao is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Hong Kong courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction, but this does not remove mandatory rights or forums available to consumers in their place of residence.
